- Troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance
- Optimisation of machine and plant parts and components
- Planning and implementation of conversions, extensions and revisions
- Updating and integration of circuit diagrams and documentation
- Measurements in accordance with DGUV and VDE standards and circuits up to 1000V
- Consideration of relevant guidelines and standards
- Documentation in the ERP system (SAP)
- Cooperation with external companies for order processing, if necessary

- Completed vocational training as a mechatronics engineer, electrical engineering specialist or comparable qualification
- Expertise in measurement and control technology
- Experience in programming with TIA Portal and Step 7
- Knowledge of hazardous areas desirable
- Understanding of process engineering
- Experience with visualisation systems and network technology for control systems
- Confident use of IT applications (MS Office, SAP)
- Reliable personality with a solution-oriented approach to work
